The Deity Ra

And God created the Heavens and the Earths and all the Stars that dwell within.
Each star a Deity of its own. Life Giver of blessed rays.
That man may absorb Gods energy on the atomic level and thus be nourished "enlight".
"Ra" a loving gift from God.

Creation

This piece is four feet tall, four feet wide, and stands off the wall by about a foot. Its created out of vacuum formed and layered acrylic and lexan plastics. The gold mylar finish has been engraved in reverse with thin strips of electro-luminescent running behind each of the engraved rays. The face itself has eight gates. Each gate has seven rays. It's decorated in hot set crystal eyes and lips. A protective face plate has been adapted with the Wings of Isis encapsulating the lens of the Third Eye. There are three layers leading up to the face. The three layers representing the Trinity of God. The eight arms of the face represent the Eight Gates of the Sun. The seven rods representing Heavens' Number, Seven, extend out from each gate. Each rod is not only engraved and lit from behind with electro-luminescent but has a dual light source at the end with an LED beaming down the rod catching the cuts and divets in the rod as well as the end of each rod. The LEDs are set on two seperate actuators that spiral in reverse of eachother in a pre-programmed format. This is much easier to see when the piece is in low light. The eyes are lit in blue LEDs, representing the ocean within the Sun. The third eye lens of the Sun is placed above the two eyes of Ra is a representation of the portal to the universe through which all inter-stellar travelers visit our realm. Look deep into the lens of the third eye and you will see the lens focus on the crystal shield of the third eye of ra encircled in ultraviolet LED light. Representing the Grand Veil of God's Light. Beyond that lies the universe within. The universe is a transluscent acrylic marble though which the projector beam shines nd forms theshaoe of an eyeball behind the Crystal itself. Be careful when looking into the Eyes of God, for there is a focused beam of light emenating there.
